 PART-TIME MANAGING DIRECTOR 

Duties:

  • Primary responsibility for the oversight and management of Reach’s four program services, development and grants management, facilities, community outreach and advocacy.

  • Oversee and manage contracts of four direct service programs

  • Supervise Reach staff including program leaders, development director, grants manager, and administrative assistant.

  • Oversee and grow development and fundraising functions

  • Work closely with Executive Director on matters affecting Board of Directors and Committees.

  • Oversee Community Outreach and Advocacy

  • Manage operational matters such as Human Resources, insurance contract and facilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration and/or Human Services.

  • Experience in Tax Exempt and Non-Profit organizations

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Computer literate

  • Preferred: 3-5 years management experience and previous positions of leadership

 

Community Reach of Montgomery County (Reach) offers a competitive benefits package for fulltime employees (some prorated benefits for part-time staff). Reach encourages employee input and collaboration with other staff members.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annual salary or $35 to $38 per hour (30 hour work week) dependent upon level of experience.

PT/FT BILINGUAL FRONT DESK WORKER

at Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Front Desk/Reception area in the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

  • Answer phone calls and call patients with information

  • Confirm patients’ eligibility for our program and schedule their appointments

  • Check patients in when they arrive, and out when their visit is complete

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

  • Familiarity with phone systems

  • Computer literate

  • Familiarity with E-Clinical Works system or another medical records system

  • Strong oral communication skills and a professional demeanor

  • Punctual and reliable

  • Multi-tasker who likes to work as part of a team and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of the Kaseman Health Clinic

  • Preferred: Medical Office Administration and/or Medical Assistant diploma

Salary: $14 to $18 per hour dependent upon level of experience.

 PART-TIME DIRECTOR OF FINANCE 

Duties:

  • Lead and plan the annual budget process

  • Prepare monthly financial statements

  • Supervise/work with Senior Accountant and Accounting Assistant

  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process

  • Work directly with Executive Director and attend Staff, Finance Committee, and Boards of Directors meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Tax Exempt Organizations and Non-Profit Accounting

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • Proficiency in accounting software

  • Financial management experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Broad knowledge of accounting principles

Salary: $31,200 to $37,500 for 20 hour work week ($30 to $36 per hour)
