Part-time (24 - 32 hours per week)


  • Researches and identifies prospective new donors/grantors, and assists in outreach to potential donors and event sponsors.  

  • Assists with completing grant applications and grant reporting tasks.  

  • Coordinates aspects of fundraising events and activities from planning to execution.

  • Manages volunteer screening process, maintains volunteer records, and coordinates group volunteering events.  

  • Assists in drafting and managing communications including newsletter, digital marketing outreach, press releases, invitations, flyers, and communications to volunteers.  

  • Coordinates procurement and accurate reporting of in-kind donations of goods and volunteer services. 

  • Collaborates to create internal and external partnerships to advance the mission. 

  • Attends and takes minutes at committee meetings as needed. 

  • Attends public events, representing REACH, knowledgeably and professionally. 

  • Utilizes donor database to access data and becomes proficient at report functions   



  • Ability to foster positive relationships with current and potential partners  

  • Experience creating content and posting across social media platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and managing Zoom meetings 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently  

  • Professional writing and interpersonal skills  

  • Preferred: Experience planning events and creating newsletters in Constant Contact; knowledge of the Montgomery County community; and a passion for the mission.

Part-time, 20 hrs per week

At Kaseman Health Clinic
Provide compassionate care to adult patients in an outpatient primary care setting under the supervision of RN Supervisor. Hours are Mondays and Fridays 8:45am - 5:15am plus one part time day each week. Use clinical skills and knowledge to provide patients with a safe and high-quality experience while maintaining timeliness and workflow efficiency in the clinic. Collaborate with other staff to provide patients with the best resources for outgoing medical and social services referrals.



  • Triage patients: take history, chief complaint, vital signs, and reconcile medications

  • Check-out patients: review provider notes and follow through. Provide patient education, perform labs, distribute/administer medications/vaccines, schedule follow ups, etc.

  • Perform phlebotomy and run other lab tests such as urine dip, pregnancy tests, etc.

  • Perform other clinical skills such as EKG, ear lavage, minor wound bandaging, etc.

  • Clean and stock exam rooms and maintain clinic organization

  • Follow standard precautions and/or enhanced precautions during patient care interactions

  • Assist in ordering of supplies/pharmaceuticals and maintain inventory

  • Assist with interpretation as needed in absence of interpreter

  • Request/retrieve patient medical records

  • Make patient care-related phone calls and respond to assigned “telephone encounters”

  • Document accurately in EMR system and in a timely manner

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Post high school education, to include certification as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse, and at least 2 years of MA/LPN experience. 

  • Hold a current Maryland Certification and/or license.

  • Skilled in phlebotomy

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Proficiency with computers and phones including typing skills and EMR experience

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritize patient and clinic needs.

  • Team-player with ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

  • Display qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of the Kaseman Clinic.

  • Maintain bi-annual CPR certification

Salary: MA at $17-$21/hr based on experience and education; LPN at $24-$28/hr based on experience and education. Free parking and sick leave provided.
