Reach is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable residents of Rockville and Montgomery County. In order to fulfill our mission we rely on the generous support of individuals in our community. Your financial donation can provide the needed assistance that can make a difference in someone’s life. The following are some examples of what donations can do.

CT scan for a Clinic Patient
Elderly home care services for a client for a month
Two hours of attorney fees for a Language Outreach Program (LOP) Citizenship student
An MRI for a Clinic Patient
Books for a whole class of Language Outreach Program students
Materials and labor to build a wheelchair-accessible ramp for a Senior Reach client
A mortgage payment for Reach's Rockland House for formerly homeless women
Standard costs for a Citizenship interview -- application, gas, parking, day off from work
Eviction prevention for a Rockville Emergency Assistance Program (REAP) client
One year of an LOP English teacher's salary
A full day of (15-20) patient visits to the Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic
Furnace replacement for a Senior Reach client without heat

For those of you who would like to give a special present to a friend or loved one, consider Reach’s Alternative Giving Program. The program is simple; designate the service that you wish your donation to support and a holiday card will be sent to the person for whom the gift is given. This is a wonderful gift to give; both for the person for whom it was named and for the recipients for the program’s donation.

Gift from an Estate
Please consider a gift to Community Reach of Montgomery County in your will or through a trust. Discuss these options with your estate planner or attorney.
Please designate Community Reach of Montgomery County for your workplace giving; through a Matching Contribution Program offered by your employer, the United Way, or Combined Federal Campaigns (CFC).
