In-house health education programs as well as community outreach efforts. Our health promoters attend health fairs and community events. We also partner with other health organizations to provide services such as mammograms and cancer prevention education. With the University of Maryland we offer nutrition education to our patients. 

With Montgomery County’s Community Pharmacy Program, we provide same-day generic medications to patients of MKHC. We also participate with the Medbank Program, through which qualifying patients may receive free or reduced-cost medication.  Those who don't qualify can be referred to other low cost pharmacy programs.

In-house specialist services are available to our primary patients.  

Patients who need specialty services not available in-house are referred to our partner organizations that provide a network of specialty care physicians.
