Key Responsibilities:

Provide translation services for English and Spanish-speaking patients.

Ensure clear communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Help explain medical conditions, treatments, and instructions.

Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in all interactions.

Front Desk Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.

Fill out forms and help with the patient portal.

Help maintain a welcoming and organized clinic environment.

Advanced Spanish, customer service, and phone etiquette

Patient Navigation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Guide patients through the clinic process and services.

Assist with completing forms and understanding healthcare procedures.

Provide emotional support and reassurance during appointments.

Ensure patients have all the necessary information for their care.

Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Support medical assistant staff with patient care activities.

Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient exams.

Get patients ready with previous records, and assist with fax.

Help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Desired Skills:

Advanced Spanish, experience in a clinical setting, and knowledge of medical terminology

Attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration, and time management
Assistant to the Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks.

Help coordinate events, meetings, and clinic operations.

Support the team with organizational and project-related tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication

Organizational skills, familiarity with MS Office and Teams, and time management
Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Help promote the clinic’s services and events within the community.

Distribute flyers, posters, and materials to local organizations and businesses.

Assist with social media campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

Engage with local groups to raise awareness about healthcare resources.
