Direct financial assistance is also provided for prescription care. In addition, REAP provides over 2,000 referrals annually to Montgomery County residents for local food banks, clothing centers, vision and dental clinics and a furniture distribution program. REAP works in partnership with the City of Rockville, and the Rockville Emergency Assistance Program to meet the needs of our residents.
The type of individuals and families REAP serves varies greatly. We help all in need that live in the Greater Rockville area regardless of age, gender, race or ethnicity, or religion. A typical client is a single mother with four or five children desperately trying to make ends meet. Many of our clients are also the homeless, low income disabled, older adults, the unemployed, and the working poor.
REAP is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kaseman Health Clinic
