Rockville Emergency Assistance Program

Latino Outreach offers a unique, family-centered approach to language skills development for Montgomery County residents who are non-English speakers struggling with language and cultural barriers. Latino Outreach also offers citizenship classes and assistance with citizenship applications.

Latino Outreach provides free English as a Second Language Classes to non-english speaking adults seeking to learn or improve their English skills. Free childcare with preschool readiness for children under 5 is offered for the children while the parents are in class. Tutoring with homework is provided for all school age children.

Citizenship classes and help with citizenship applications are offered in two sessions during the winter and summer.

CITIZENSHIP CLASS - 2013

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6-9 p.m.
Location:
Classes will be held at a Rockville location which will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

$20 Registration plus $20 for books and materials
