Provides quality healthcare and healthcare education to low income uninsured residents of Montgomery County. The Clinic also is responsible for providing health care to the County’s homeless women.
Grants short-term financial assistance to Rockville residents facing financial crisis such as utility termination or eviction. REAP also provides referrals for residents of Montgomery County in need of basic services such as; food, clothing, dental and vision care and prescription assistance.
Provides case management services to help seniors who are Rockville residents remain safely and independently in their homes and avoid premature institutionalization. Elderly Ministries serves its clients, all of whom are of low income or of modest means through the Homecare Services Program and Habitable Home Project.
A family based program which offers English as a Second Language classes and English Spanish Literacy classes to adult immigrants living in Montgomery County. Classes are taught on Tuesday and Thursday nights at six separate locations. Citizenship classes are also offered.
Makes available permanent supportive housing for homeless men who have completed an addiction program but are unable to live independently. The program provides affordable housing and relapse prevention.
Offers testimony in community and government venues on behalf of the County’s most vulnerable population.
Holiday Giving at Community Ministries of Rockville provides meals, gifts, and gift cards to those in need during the holiday season.
