MANSFIELD KASEMAN HEALTH CLINIC
Healthcare for the Medically Underserved
MKHC is committed to providing affordable healthcare for adult residents of Montgomery County who do not have health insurance or who use Medicare or Medicaid. Services include primary care, specialty care, laboratory testing, pharmacy, and health education.
Eligible patients can enroll today to start receiving care by appointment only.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

MKHC Services
Primary Care
Wellness visits and annual check-ups, vaccinations, monitoring and control of diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic conditions, routine health screenings, and more.
Health Education
Health educators work with patients to improve their knowledge of how to control and/or prevent diseases, proper nutrition, and more. Our team also attends outreach events to help connect more residents in need to care.
Specialty Care
Patients can access low-cost in-house specialty care, including neurology, gynecology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, podiatry, and behavioral health. If a specialist is not available in-house, patients can be referred to external specialists through partner referral networks.
Laboratory Services
Patients can receive low-cost routine laboratory testing in-house at MKHC, an important element of our comprehensive approach to preventative care and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses.
Pharmacy Services
MKHC provides same-day generic medications free of charge. Patients who require other medications can be referred to other low-cost pharmacy programs through our network of partnerships.

Eligility Requirements
Requirements for patients with no insurance:
- resident of Montgomery County, MD;
- at least 18 years old;
- have no health insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid; and
- meet certain income requirements based on family size
Requirements for Medicaid/Medicare users:
- resident of Maryland, and
- at least 18 years old

This policy helps us protect patient safety and ensure that all medications dispensed in our clinic meet strict regulatory, storage, and quality standards.
