Board of Directors A Board of Directors, which meets bi-monthly, governs the activities of CMR.
The members are appointed by the member congregations and other members are elected from
the community at large, as appropriate. The Board has several standing committees: Development,
Program, Communications, Finance and Advocacy. The Executive Committee consists of the
elected officers and the chairs of each committee and is the active governing body of the Board.
The Executive Director and the Development Director report to this committee and meet with them
monthly.
The Executive Director is responsible for CMR's administration, fundraising, advocacy, day to day
operations of the organization, and oversees operation of all direct service programs. The
Executive Director supervises the Senior Staff of the organization including the Development
Director, Director of Finance, Director of Volunteer Services, Program Directors and Support Staff.
Each direct service program has a program director who supervises the paid and volunteer staff,
monitors the program for compliance and is responsible for the program maintaining its goals.
